Due to everyone being so scattered around the US I have decided not to have a bridal shower in order to save people travel since everyone will already be traveling for the wedding itself. If you still want to send a gift please refer to our registry! Thank you so much.
Please RSVP as soon as you are able but absolutely no later than May 1st, 2025. This gives us time to make any necessary adjustments with our vendors based on our headcount. I also encourage people to make their travel accommodations quickly to help save money. If we do not receive your RSVP by May 1st we will be marking you down as "not attending" and you will be dearly missed!
We will not be hosting a welcome party but would love anyone that chooses to come into the area on Thursday to join us out for a drink following our rehearsal! More information can be found on the schedule section of the website and if you have any questions please reach out to one of us.
We absolutely love you and your kids, however we do ask that you keep them at home and allow yourself to enjoy a night out celebrating with us! The only children that will be at the event are nieces and nephews that are participating in the ceremony. We thank you for your understanding and if you have any questions or concerns regarding this request please reach out to one of us!
Hopefully both! As long as the weather is on our side the ceremony will take place outside on the Pooltop Terrace. Cocktail hour will be on the Market street Terrace and the reception will take place in the Planter's Suite. If it rains there is an indoor backup area for the ceremony on site!
In order to keep us on our timeline we as that you arrive to the ceremony 30 minutes before the listed start time of 5:30 PM! This will give our ushers time to help you to your seat and allow us to start promptly at 5:30.
We are keeping it short and sweet so our hope is for the ceremony to last no more than 30 minutes!
There will be hors d'oeuvres and dinner as well as an open bar for cocktail hour and reception! We know that everyone has traveled in order to celebrate our special day and we are so grateful therefore food and drinks are on us!
Due to the number of hotels and varying prices we did not do room blocking at any of the hotels as we could not guarantee numbers and/or want to pressure any guests into staying at a hotel that was outside of their budget. By not having a room block you can shop around to find the best hotel for you!
Feel free to dress as fancy as you would like! Anything ranging from business casual and cocktail attire to formal wear is acceptable. Please NO jeans or athletic wear!
All invited guests will be listed on your invitation envelope. If there is no additional name or the word "guest" listed on your invitation than the invitation is only for you. Space is very limited and anyone that is not invited will not be allowed in the venue. We appreciate your understanding and respect!
Please let one of us know and we will ensure there is a special accommodation to fit your dietary and allergy needs!
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you do choose to honor us with with a gift we would greatly appreciate that you use our registry which can be found by clicking the "registry" tab on the website to send any gifts directly to us.
