Sharon and Megan met on the dating app "Bumble". Megan swiped right on Sharon (obviously) on 6/8/22 and they had their first date on 6/14/22. They met halfway between Portsmouth, NH and Providence, RI at Medusa Brewing Company. Little did they know that it would be their last first date! (Ok well Sharon did, she told her sisters the next day that she had just met her future wife, Megan needed a few more dates to get on the same page lol).

Sharon's proposal happened on 1.28.23. She had just moved to RI with Megan at the beginning of January and tricked her in to having to come back to her Portsmouth, NH apartment the last weekend in January to clean and pack up the rest of her belongings. The day of the proposal Megan had to go dress shopping with her cousins which gave Sharon the entire day to set up the proposal in her empty apartment. When Megan arrived back to Portsmouth thinking she was coming to help finish up, she was surprised when she opened the door to a beautifully proposal set up. Megan chose April Fool's Day to propose back! She enlisted the help of the Kilpatrick sisters to plan an epic video music proposal. They worked on lyrics, video footage, and recorded the music video all with Sharon not having a clue.
