Where is the wedding being held?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are both being held on the property of Excellence Oyster Bay in Falmouth, Jamaica. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting.

Where should I go to book my stay?

Answer

Go to https://www.excellenceresorts.com. Make sure you select Excellence Oyster Bay as the resort. When entering the dates, enter our promo code (AFWMAR26XOB) to ensure you get the best deal! Flights must be booked separately.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask you to keep guests to those limited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on the invitation envelope.

Are passports required?

Answer

Yes. Passports are required to travel to Jamaica from the US. If you need to renew or get a new passport, give yourself a few months before to ensure it arrives in time.

What is included in the price I am paying for my room?

Answer

Excellence Oyster Bay is an all-inclusive resort. Therefore, all food, drinks, activities, entertainment, and shows are included in the rate you pay for your room. Some activities on the property are available for an extra charge.

What is the latest date to book my stay?

Answer

January 23, 2026, is the last date to use the group promo code for booking. We recommend booking before this date to ensure you get a discounted rate. You will not be charged for a room until 30 days before arrival. You may cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival at the resort and will receive a full refund.

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly request you RSVP on this website by January 15th, 2026! Please go to the RSVP tab at the top.

Will airport transportation be provided to/from the resort?

Answer

Yes. Airport transportation is included when booking using the promo code directly on the resort's website. Season Transportation is utilized and they will schedule pick up/drop off before your stay.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The earliest we recommend arriving is Monday, March 23, 2026. This is the first available day to use our promo code. We will be hosting a welcome party on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. We hope to see everyone there!

What should I pack?

Answer

Here is a basic list that you can utilize when packing: -Clothing: swimsuits, dinner outfits (sundresses for women, shorts and button-up tops for men), pajamas, wedding outfits (midi or maxi length dresses for women, pants and a button-up for men), sandals, sunglasses, beach hat, swimsuit cover ups -Shoes: sandals, flip flops, sneakers, dress shoes -Sunscreen -Reusable water bottle -Toiletries -Straws (the resort doesn't have straws for drinks) -Towel Clips -Chargers
