To allow all wedding guests, including parents, to enjoy a night of celebration with us, we kindly request that no one under the age of 16 attend the wedding weekend celebrations.
We have arranged shuttles to the wedding from Indian Springs and the Calistoga Motor Lodge. Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:30pm from each location. If you are staying at the Best Western Stevenson Manor or in downtown Calistoga, we recommend walking to Indian Springs to catch the shuttle from there. After the reception, shuttles will be provided back to the two hotels and to the after-party at Susie's Bar. If you choose to stay outside of downtown Calistoga, we highly recommend identifying a designated driver or reaching out to a private transportation company to pre-arrange transportation to and from the venue, as Uber/Lyft are extremely limited and often times completely unavailable in the area (especially at night!). Self-parking and valet will be available at the venue for those who choose to drive.
Unfortunately, most hotels in this area do not offer room blocks. We'd suggest booking early to lock in the best available rate (and because April is the beginning of busy season in the Napa area!)
We're hoping for a beautiful spring evening in Calistoga! That being said, it can get chilly when the sun goes down. We'll be dining and dancing indoors, but you may want to bring an extra layer just in case.
Yes! We'll be at Susie's bar in downtown Calistoga after the wedding. All are welcome! Susie's knows that we are coming, and just asks that you make sure to bring your ID to gain entrance. There will be late night snacks!
We'll be hanging by the pool and Pico Bar at Solage Sunday morning if you'd like to stop by and say hi!
