The Art Institute is a Chicago icon; follow in Ferris Bueller's footsteps and admire the classics, or visit Meg's favorite, the Miniatures, or Nick's, the Armor Room!
Lincoln Park Zoo
Lincoln Park Zoo, and the rest of Lincoln Park, is the perfect way to enjoy a spring morning in Chicago. Don't forget to stop by the Lincoln Park Conservatory (free tickets needed, available online) and the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool!
Chicago Riverwalk
So much to see and do along the Riverwalk - grab a cider at the Northman, a bite at the Brewhouse, or delicious treats from Sweet Home Gelato. And the best way to enjoy the river for tourists and locals alike, an Architectural Boat Tour!

If you've got a free night in the city, this is a must-visit. Meg and Nick love to sing their hearts out to the great music!

The best BBQ in the city can be found in Old Town, just steps away from the couple's home and featured in the 2008 film The Dark Knight. Even Meg can attest, their vegan sandwich is unmatched!
Robert's Pizza and Dough Company
It may be a sacrilege to come to Chicago and not get Deep Dish Pizza, but this is Meg and Nick's favorite pizza spot in the city! Snag a reservation outside to sit on the canal, and enjoy a fun cocktail and a delicious New York-style pie.
Lou Mitchell's
A classic spot for breakfast only a short walk away from the venue! Meg and Nick (and mother of the groom, Laura!) love to have a delicious meal and some of their world-famous donut holes when they visit.
La Crêperie Chicago Restaurant
The oldest creperie in the US is one of Nick and Meg's favorite date night spots! Up in Lakeview (but easily accessible), have a delicious brunch or dinner at this cozy French eatery.
Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio
The couple's favorite "Treat Yourself" dinner in West Loop. Reservations can be hard to get - lunch is easier - but if you're patient, a spot at the bar watching the talented chefs hand-roll the pasta can be even more fun!
