Nate and Meg lived in the same building their freshman year at Elon. He helped move her things in on move-in day (earning a tip from Mrs. Griffin). They soon loved each other as friends. Two years later, and that love turned into much more! Nate (the gentleman that he is) walked Meg back from a party. When they got back to her place, they sat on Meg's roof for hours and talked the night away. The rest is history!
Nate proposed to Meg on their back porch in Bethesda, Maryland. He successfully lit over 300 candles to brighten the back porch for the proposal. Nate and Meg are so excited to celebrate this next chapter in their lives with you! They cannot wait to party with you at the beach!
Why are Nate and Meg getting married in the middle-of-nowhere, North Carolina? In starting this new journey of marriage, the couple decided to celebrate with you, their closest family and friends in a very special place. Meg's family has been going to Holden Beach for over 25 years and she always imagined traveling to Holden with her future husband. Holden Beach has now become a very special place for Nate too. The Future Houstons cannot wait to see you all at the beach, and celebrate with the best of friends and family! Cheers!
