Flight
Denver International Airport offers tons of flights and is about a 2 hour drive from Vail.
Flight
Eagle County Airport is located approximately 35 minutes from Vail- there are fewer flights and it is usually more expensive to fly into Eagle but quite convenient.
Rental Car
There are rental car services available at both airports. We recommend Epic Mountain Express with shuttle services available from Denver and Eagle to Vail. You may not need a rental car once in Vail, as there is a free in town transit system that will take you between the villages. You may find it preferential if you plan to partake in other activities throughout the Vail Valley. There are taxis available in the Vail Valley but Lyft and Uber are not as readily available or reliable as most metropolitan areas so we don't recommend that as a form of transportation.
