Hotels in Vermont on summer weekends can be pretty expensive - we recommend booking in advance to get a lower rate. There are also Airbnbs in the area, as well as cheaper lodging in towns located outside of Manchester.
The ceremony and reception is taking place at the Equinox Hotel Pond Pavilion, but there is no parking allowed at the pond. Please park behind the Equinox Hotel. Near the spa entrance, there will be a shuttle to take all guests up to the pond, starting at 3:30pm. In case of rain, you can wait inside, and depart from the front of the hotel. The shuttle will run between the pond and the parking lot throughout the event, so if you need to go walk your dog or flee the event, that option is available to you at any time.
