Question
What time do I need to be there?
Answer
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that you arrive to the venue between 4:30-4:45. Our venue is not the first stop when you arrive on the property, so please allow yourself time to navigate the venue, park and get seated. All guests must be seated by 4:50pm.

What should I wear?
Answer
Summer inspired cocktail attire. We would love to see our friends & family dress to impress for the occasion. Please keep in mind the ceremony is outdoors & it's July! Ladies: knee length or longer dresses (colorful dresses encouraged), a long skirt and a blouse, and other outfits in that realm. Please refrain from wearing any shades of white or off white. Gentlemen: shirt and tie (summery, colorful!), slacks, dress shoes, and a coat if you choose. Please no jeans, shorts, or flip flops.

How do I get there?
Answer
As mentioned above, our venue is not the first stop when you arrive on the property. Once you arrive on the property and pass through the grand front gates, keep to the right of the island and pay close attention to the chalkboard signs throughout the property. Spruce Mountain does a great job of incorporating clear signage to direct you to the appropriate venue. Follow the signs to "Trey's Vista"

Can I bring my kids along?
Answer
If your RSVP does not include your children's names, or your invitation is not addressed to "The _____ Family", we ask that you please leave your kids at home for the evening and treat this as a night out!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unless your invitation states "& Guest", we ask that you do not bring a date. We want the crowd to be full of familiar faces to witness this special moment. If you need further clarification, please contact the couple.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes! There is a large parking lot right at the venue that provides easy access to both the ceremony and the reception.

If you still have questions, there will be a place for you to ask them when you RSVP and we will get back to you as soon as we can with an answer!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 1, 2025. We need to give our vendors an accurate head count, so your promptness in responding is greatly appreciated. If we do not receive your response by June 1st, we will have to mark you as not attending and your presence will be missed.
