The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that you arrive to the venue between 4:30-4:45. Our venue is not the first stop when you arrive on the property, so please allow yourself time to navigate the venue, park and get seated. All guests must be seated by 4:50pm.
Summer inspired cocktail attire. We would love to see our friends & family dress to impress for the occasion. Please keep in mind the ceremony is outdoors & it's July! Check out the "What to Wear" tab for more detailed suggestions. Ladies - please refrain from wearing any shades of white or off white Gentlemen - please no short sleeves, shorts, jeans, or flip flops.
As mentioned above, our venue is not the first stop when you arrive on the property. Once you arrive on the property and pass through the grand front gates, keep to the right of the island and pay close attention to the chalkboard signs throughout the property. Spruce Mountain does a great job of incorporating clear signage to direct you to the appropriate venue. Follow the signs to "Trey's Vista"
We ask that you kindly refrain from capturing your own photo and video during the ceremony. We want to have everyone present and see your faces when we look out, not your phones. Feel free to take all the photos during the cocktail hour and reception, but we would like to keep the ceremony as intimate and authentic as possible! We have hired both an amazing photo and video team to capture the day from all angles and will be sure to share all the final products afterwards!
If your RSVP does not include your children's names, or your invitation is not addressed to "The _____ Family", we ask that you please leave your kids at home for the evening and treat this as a night out!
Unless your invitation states "& Guest", we ask that you do not bring a date. We want the crowd to be full of familiar faces to witness this special moment. If you need further clarification, please contact the couple.
Yes! There is a large parking lot right at the venue that provides easy access to both the ceremony and the reception.
