The Walters Art Museum*
A large public museum near Hotel Ulysses. During our wedding weekend there will be an interesting exhibition on methods of therapy in medieval Europe we're looking forward to!
Washington Monument*
Also near Hotel Ulysses, this is the original Washington Monument, preempting the famous DC one by nearly 60 years. If visiting at night, it will also be lit up for the holiday season.
Clavel
Excellent Mexican food in a cute, cozy atmosphere. One of our (and everyone else's) favorites! They don't take reservations, so best to plan accordingly. Check out their sister cocktail bar, W. C. Harlan, right across the street afterwards!
Ekiben
Baltimore's pride and joy is this hole in the wall serving bao buns and rice bowls. We cannot recommend it highly enough! They have three locations - check which is closest to your accommodations.
Thames Street Oyster House
Really lovely seafood in the beautiful Fell's Point neighborhood. Try an oyster shooter for a Baltimore experience :)
