Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Meg Singleton and Jordan Penna
Charleston is full of history, charm, and great food! If you have some time before or after the wedding, here are a few highlights worth checking out. EXPLORE DOWNTOWN – Walk the cobblestone streets, check out the Charleston City Market, visit Rainbow Row, and take in the views along The Battery. TAKE A WALKING TOUR – A great way to learn the city’s history and architecture. Bonus points for taking a ghost tour! VISIT A HISTORIC SITE OR GARDEN – Charlestowne Landing, Magnolia Plantation, Middleton Place, and Boone Hall are all beautiful and historic. SHOP [& EAT] ALONG KING STREET – Boutiques, antiques, bars/restaurants, and plenty of other spots to visit along the way. _______________________________ If you do nothing else, check out the local food and night life.
