Our Story

The Wedding Website of Meg Johnson and Gerry Tetzlaff
M | G From the beginning, our relationship has been built on curiosity and adventure. We spend hours wandering antique stores, never pass up the chance to explore a new museum, and find peace beneath the trees at state parks. Early on, we bonded over our shared love of the Ginkgo tree, a living piece of natural history that has stood the test of time. It grew alongside the dinosaurs as it does today. The Ginkgo represents resilience, longevity, and deep roots. It also perfectly aligns with our love of museums and history. As a living artifact, it reminds us to slow down, observe, and appreciate the layers of time that shape everything around us. Our adventures have taken us across the country and around the world to countless places with Egypt and Greece coming up for our honeymoon. We cherish each and every adventure we’ve had so far and are most excited for this next chapter as husband and wife.
