Both Charleston and Huntington airports are convenient options for out-of-town guests traveling to WV for the wedding. Yeager Airport is located just 20 miles east of Teays Valley, and the Huntington Tristate Airport is located just 30 miles west of Teays Valley.
Shuttle
Day of Wedding Fun Bus Shuttle
May 29, 2021 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Two buses will be available to shuttle guests TO and FROM the wedding that are staying at the hotels. One bus will be parked at the Hampton Inn and the other at the Sleep in at 3:00pm. Guests who would like to utlize the shuttle service are asked to load in to the buses between 3:15-3:45p at their designated hotel -- buses will depart for the wedding by 4:00pm. Both shuttle buses will remain on site at the wedding venue and starting at 8:30pm, a revolving shuttle back to the hotel will begin - a bus will depart every 45 mintues. The last shuttle will depart from the venue at 11:00pm.
