Question

Where should I fly into?

Answer

We are so grateful to everyone traveling in from near and far! The most ideal airport is LGA (especially if you’re staying in Brooklyn). There are plenty of flights on United, Delta, American, Southwest, and others. You get in and out relatively quickly, with arguably some of the shortest taxi times at a major airport :) As loyal United ladies, Newark is another great option with a ton of flights to major cities like Houston and Chicago. Newark is great for those staying in Manhattan, but please note that it is a bit further from Brooklyn. Hopefully, their systems will be better by 2026…. Unless the flights are significantly cheaper, we would advise you to avoid JFK. It is very far from the city, especially if you are staying in Manhattan. We like planes :)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are working on a few hotel blocks in Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as a long list of recommendations. ***BEFORE YOU BOOK AN AIRBNB OR SIMILAR, please note that NYC has recently enacted laws that make most Airbnb-style rentals under 30 days technically illegal, so many get pulled from the platform last minute. To avoid any headaches, we recommend booking a hotel so you know your stay will be smooth and stress-free. More hotel information coming soon!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We plan to have transportation to and from our selected hotels. More information to come.

Question

Will events be outside or inside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the reception indoors, all at 99 Scott. Don't worry about your heels! There will not be uneven grassy areas to get stuck in.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate formally invited guests. Please check your invite.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all the young ones in our lives, but this will be an adults-only event.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at 5 pm for our 5:30 ceremony start.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

At cocktail hour and reception, YES! Please take as many photos and videos as you'd like during these parts of our wedding. We can't wait to see how you captured the night. However, our ceremony will be unplugged, meaning please do not take any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want all of our loved ones to be present as we say I Do. Our amazing photographer will capture the ceremony for everyone.
