What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 4:15 and find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We're incredibly excited for our special day and ask that you come dressed to impress. Cocktail or formal dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks, suits or your best "garden formal" - all encouraged! Ladies, leave the spiky heels behind and keep the grass in mind. No jeans, please!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a bus at the DoubleTree and Hilton Garden Inn, each departing at 3:30 to arrive at The Gardens in time for the ceremony. At the end of the evening, a bus will depart at 9p to bring guests back to DoubleTree and Hilton Garden Inn and final buses will depart at 10p to bring guests to the After Party at the Thirsty Moose or hotels at DoubleTree and Hilton Garden Inn.

No, unless specified on your invitation with your date’s name or “guest”.

No, please take this weekend as an excuse for a parents getaway!

Yes! Please let us know any dietary restrictions ahead of time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, ample parking is available on-site. If you plan to drink, we recommend leaving your car overnight and picking it up by 9am the next morning. There will be a bus back to the hotel (details TBD) or Uber/Lyft services are available in the area.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
