Question
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
The ceremony and reception itself will be taking place in the Lower Marine Building of the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. This is entirely indoors, however, we will also have access to the outdoor patio and boardwalk if anyone needs a breath of fresh air at any point. However, the reception dinner will be hosted at a beach house in Wrightsville Beach as Dan will be cooking the meal.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We are asking guests to be dressed in semi-formal attire leaning more on the formal side. Feel free to go all out and enjoy your date night but please do not wear jeans and/or t-shirts. Are kids allowed?
Answer
Unfortunately we will not be allowing anyone under the age of 16 to our wedding due to space as well as safety restrictions. We love your little ones but encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night!

May I take pictures during the ceremony/reception?
Answer
We are asking that everyone stays unplugged during this time. Everyone should leave their phones in their pockets, purses, etc throughout the ceremony. We have a fantastic photographer who will be getting the best pictures and we do not want anything getting in the way of that. During the reception we will allow everyone to take pictures with friends and family and make any social media posts as they would like.
