How might the altitude affect me?

Answer

Feeling nauseous, lightheaded, and being dehydrated are common symptoms of adjusting to a higher altitude. Colorado Springs is located at 6033 ft above sea level. Please come prepared to drink lots of water and pace the amount of alcoholic beverages you consume (trust us, they hit extra hard!). We encourage you to arrive for the wedding 1-2 days early if you would like, as this can help you adjust to the altitude before the big day.

The wedding is located on the grounds of The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.

Do I need to stay at The Broadmoor?

Answer

No! There are many hotels and Airbnbs in the Colorado Springs area. Please visit our travel page for organized room blocks. If you choose to stay off the Broadmoor property, transportation is not being provided.
