What's the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day, so our dress code is black tie! This means traditional formal wear; ladies are asked to wear ankle to floor length dresses or gowns, and men are asked to wear formal suits or tuxedos.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately there isn't parking available at the venue, however there is parking available at Merrimac Primary School, which is 200 metres away. We recommend booking an Uber or Taxi to take you to and from the venue. Note, our venue recommends pre-scheduling your Uber or Taxi for 10:15 PM to ensure that you are able to safely get home once the night ends.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself. However, if you would like to contribute to our future together, a wishing well will be available at our reception.

When will the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM, so we ask that guests arrive from 2:30 PM onwards. If you happen to be late, you will need to wait until the ceremony is over to enter the venue, but you'll still be able to join us for canapes and the reception!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, to allow our guests to relax and enjoy themselves we have chosen to make our wedding adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

When should I book accomodation?

Answer

If you're looking to stay on the Gold Coast, we suggest booking as soon as possible. Please visit the Travel tab for recommended hotels.
