Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, the sooner the better! We ask that you RSVP by August 12th. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as “not attending” due to our vendors’ cut off dates.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Dressy casual/Semi-formal. Please no sky blue or navy as those are our bridal party colors! * Please note that the ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. It could be hot or cool, so please dress accordingly. Note: the barn (reception area) is temperature-controlled. * Ladies- the ceremony will be taking place in a grassy area, so please keep this in mind when deciding on what shoes to wear.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in a grassy area by the pond, followed by a cocktail hour on the patio and the reception in the barn. If it rains, the ceremony will be moved to inside the barn.

IS ALCOHOL PROVIDED?

Answer

Yes, we will have complimentary drinks for all (of age) guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Bar service will run from 5:00 pm until 9:45 pm.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! There will be on-site parking at the venue. No vehicles are allowed to be left overnight. If left overnight, this will result in a fine from the venue, and your car will get towed.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

ARE THERE HOTELS NEARBY?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels within 15 minutes of the venue. In the “travel” section, you will find some hotels I have listed.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP on our website. We appreciate your understanding.

WHAT IF I HAVE MOBILITY CONCERNS?

Answer

Our venue is mostly flat with no stairs, so getting around should be fairly easy. The ceremony will take place on a grassy area, which may be the only slightly uneven surface. If you need assistance getting to your seat, someone will be happy to escort you. Please feel free to reach out to us ahead of time as well. We’re more than happy to arrange any accommodations to ensure you’re comfortable and able to enjoy the day with us.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE WEDDING AND RECEPTION?

Answer

We don’t mind guests taking photos and capturing memories throughout the day! At the reception, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like. During the ceremony and special moments, we kindly ask that you be respectful and mindful of our professional photographer. Please avoid stepping into the aisle or blocking important shots. Most importantly, we hope you’ll stay present and enjoy celebrating with us!

Yes! We have a registry at Amazon listed under the "registry" tab.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Yes! However, we are only able to accommodate the children who are specifically listed on the RSVP. If your children are included, their names will appear under your RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!
