What time should I arrive?

Answer

You can arrive anytime after 3pm. Please arrive no later than 3:45pm to ensure enough time for parking, finding seats, etc. We will be starting the ceremony right at 4:00pm.

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. When you RSVP, you’ll see exactly who’s included in your party. Thanks for understanding!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Formal! Think cocktail attire or something you’d wear to a nice dinner - dresses, jumpsuits, slacks, button shirts, etc. No need for tuxes or gowns, just something polished and comfortable!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both will be at Falcon Ridge Farms

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Please no photos or phone usage during the ceremony. We will have a photographer there to capture the moment. Feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you like afterwards!

Is there parking?

Answer

There is parking at the venue! Kelowna also offers Uber and Taxi services.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will be outdoors for most of the event! We have large tents and a barn for the dinner/dancing but please be prepared to be outside.
