How should I dress?

Answer

Festive and casual! We’re planning a – as Ben likes to say – ramshackle wedding. Barbecue and s’mores in a National Park. Weather permitting, the ceremony (and s’mores) will be outside. Dinner and dancing will be indoors.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is more than present enough. We’ve combined very full households and aren’t setting up a home. If you would like to get us something, we will always appreciate gifts for travel (giftcards.aa.com), adventure (rei.com/gift-card/purchase), and home (lowes.com/l/shop/gift-cards). Or we would be honored if you’d consider a donation to a favorite charity. Some of our favorites include the Anacostia Watershed Society (anacostiaws.org), our local NPR station (wamu.org), the National Park Foundation (nationalparks.org), Capitol Hill Arts Workshop (chaw.org), Capital Rowing Club (capitalrowing.org), and Bread for the City (breadforthecity.org). But most of all, we’re touched that you’re spending your time and money to celebrate with us – that is all the gift we need!
