Question

What is the dress code for the evening?

Answer

Our wedding will be black tie preferred! Gentlemen, a tuxedo isn't required, but it can still be worn, if preferred. For the ladies, a floor-length gown or a fancy cocktail dress are recommended.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

The names of all invited guests will be found on the envelope of your wedding invitation.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

While we love and adore your children, our wedding will be an adult only event.

What time can I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The venue will be open for guest arrival starting at 4:30PM and the ceremony begins at 5PM. We recommend you arrive on time as the ceremony will begin promptly!

Is there transportation to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle that runs to the venue from the Bellyard hotel on rotation starting at 4:15PM for the first pick up and the last pickup from the hotel is at 4:45. Before the wedding ends the same shuttle will start to run guests back to the Bellyard hotel. This shuttle will start around 9PM and run until 10:45PM.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at Bishop Station! The ceremony will be in the courtyard of the venue and is outdoors (pending weather). So please keep that in mind when planning for what to bring with you. If rain is in the forecast then the ceremony will be inside of the venue.

Will there be a coat check at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a coat closet for guests to check their coats.

Can I drive to the wedding venue?

Answer

There are very few parking spots at the venue and limited parking nearby. It is strongly encouraged to get a ride to the venue or to ride on the shuttle to and from the Bellyard Hotel. There will be no valets to helps with parking if you choose to drive and park at Bishop Station or near by.
