Even though COVID restrictions have relaxed here in California, we wanted to reassure our guests that their health and safety are important to us. Fortunately, we chose to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner all outdoors. For guests that are fully vaccinated, they are not required to wear a mask throughout the event. Please send proof of vaccination (e.g. picture of vaccination card). For guests that are NOT fully vaccinated, they have the following two options: 1. They are required to wear masks during the ceremony and reception (except when eating/drinking). 2. They must provide proof of a negative COVID test in order to not wear a mask.
We are doing online RSVPs through Zola (so there won't be any RSVP cards that you have to mail back to us) via the "RSVP" section of this wedding website (https://www.zola.com/wedding/megandaervin/rsvp).
Once you are in the "RSVP" section, enter your first name and last name (as it appears on your Save the Date) to unlock your RSVP form. After unlocking your unique RSVP form and if you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group.
In order to keep our guest list on track (we both have pretty big families!) we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your unique online RSVP form. Please feel free to contact us with any questions!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Tre Posti (641 Main St, St Helena, CA 94574). The ceremony and reception will be held OUTDOORS. (The only things indoors will be the photo booth and dancefloor)
We kindly ask guests to arrive at 5:30 p.m. to grab refreshments and to start mingling. The ceremony will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Yes, there is ample parking at the venue.
Garden attire: sundresses, floral prints; suits in lighter hues. It may be hot, so we want you to be comfortable!
