We’re (finally) getting married!

Growing up in the same hometown, our moms and families have been close friends for years. I first remember meeting Billy on an annual family friend camping trip. I thought he was the cutest boy I’d ever seen (long hair and all)! Our lives crossed paths in a major way when I met mutual friends while attending UC Davis. Billy started to hang around the group during trips home from SoCal and before we knew it we were inseparable. After 3 years of long distance, we packed up and moved to Athens, GA for me to attend graduate school.

Billy and I drove out to Savannah, GA to celebrate my birthday. After a long day of being tourists, we drove out to the coast and sat on a swing at North Beach in Tybee Island. As we got up to leave, Billy pulled me back, got down on one knee, and asked me to marry him. We celebrated with Tybee Island’s own “Orignal Crab shack” and a karaoke bar.

We are so excited to finally be able to have a wedding with all our friends and family! We can't wait to see you in September!
