How can we book?
Answer
Please book through our travel agent, Tracy Lehmann, through our "travel" tab on our webpage. She has been an integral part in booking our entire wedding!
Question
Does it cost more to book through your travel agent?
Answer
No! We have reserved a set room block that Tracy is able to book that is actually cheaper than what the resort is offering. There is no extra cost to book through Tracy, our travel agent.

When can we get to the resort?
Answer
Whenever you want! We are so excited you are wanting to come celebrate with us and would love if you chose to make a vacation out of this trip! We will be arriving earlier in the week and will be happy to see friends and family having fun at the resort with us before the wedding!

How do we get to the resort?
Answer
You can book transportation to and from the airport through Tracy Lehmann. If you chose to book directly through the resort, you can email the concierge desk at CANIF-AYR@hyatt.com to book your transportation to and from the airport.

If we book a room through the room block, when are final payments due?
Answer
Final payments for rooms booked through the room block are due by November, 23rd, 2023. If you are booking outside of the room block, payment due dates will be at the discretion of the resort.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The weather will average in the mid-80's. It should cool off to the low 70's at night and be nice and breezy!

What should we wear to the wedding?
Answer
Cocktail, but beachy! We ask that guests refrain from wearing casual items like shorts and flip flops.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you put the phones and cameras away during the ceremony and be present in the moment! We have photographers who will be taking photos so you can sit back and enjoy the ceremony. We do, however, appreciate any photos you may take at the reception and during your stay at the resort!

Is there anything else I should know about traveling to Mexico?
Answer
It is recommended that you bring small bills ($1 to $5) to tip the resort staff. Should you want to exchange your money, we recommend that you exchange your money through your bank ahead of time. Exchanges made at the airport are usually more expensive. This is not required, the US dollar is widely accepted.

When should I book?
Answer
As soon as possible! This resort is known to book out months in advance, so it's important to begin the booking process as soon as you are able. When booking through Tracy Lehmann, final payments on your trip are not due until November 23rd, 2023. You can make payments up until that date. We urge you to reach out to Tracy and begin the booking process as soon as you can in order to reserve a room of your liking and guarantee that we get to see you on the day of our wedding!

When do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP by November 1st, 2023. We encourage you to begin booking your stay well in advance of this date. Payments can be made on your room in the room block through November 23rd, 2023.
