Save the dates will be sent first followed by a formal invitation closer to the wedding.
Please arrive at the Oak Grove Retreat between 2:30 and 2:45, to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 3:00.
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Once you pull in there will be a huge grassy area to park your car and someone to guide you where to park.
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. Take this as an opportunity to unplug and really enjoy and be apart of such a special moment for us. There will be a photographer and pictures to share later!
We are having Parkers BBQ catering with fried chicken, BBQ, mac and cheese, potatoes, and coleslaw. Sweet tea, unsweet tea and water will also be available.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you that will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! However, we want you to dress comfortably, but keep in mind that this is a wedding so jeans and dress shirt or polo is fine (for those stubborn men out there). Please avoid shades of white, ivory, and sage green. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be outdoors as well with a fully covered tent.
We would greatly appreciate if all the photos and videos are not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything.
There will not be any alcohol served at our wedding.
