Think "casual formal" - what you might wear to any nice, extra special dinner out. Men can wear jackets, dress shirts, suit pants (or slacks) and ties (though jackets and ties are not required!); and women can wear dresses, jumpsuits or dressy skirts or slacks and sweaters or blouses.
