Question

Do I need to be on time or can I come and go as I please?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to be on time for the ceremony and remain in their seats for the duration of the ceremony. The reception will be a fun and exciting celebration where you can come and go as you please.

What should I wear?

Answer

Your comfort is what matters most! As long as you can dance the night away! We assume the majority of our guests will fall under the Semi-Formal/Garden Style catagory: Tuxes, suits, gowns, dresses, skirts are all welcome. The venue is filled with beautiful plants everywhere and the theme will be matching this style. You do not need to wear the wedding colors, but are more than welcome to. We do ask that white not be worn by guests as it is reserved for the bride.

May I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

You may take a small amount of photos if you feel inclined, but the bride, groom, and family have all invested in spectacular a photographer and videographer, so we prefer that guests enjoy the present moment and trust that this moment will be captured by professionals, and the photos will be happily shared on social media.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

The wedding colors are colors you would see in a breathtaking rainforest- olive/fern/sage/moss green, tan, brown, etc. You do not need to wear these colors, but are more than welcome to.

Will this be an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will all take place at the same indoor location, Highland Gardens. Though, there is a lovely outdoor area with a firepit that you are welcome to hang out by. Please note that this is a greenhouse wedding and the plants have certain needs. Because of the greenhouse type of setting, the bride and groom have been made aware than on rare occasions the roof may have small leaks if the weather is bad. Totally worth it for the breathtaking greenery that will surround their guests.

Do they really only want monetary gifts?

Answer

While any sort of love, support, and positive wishes for the bride and groom are always cherished, we will be able to put money towards our honeymoon and future together, which is more important than any item. Thank you all so much for being the most important people in our lives.

What activities will there be?

Answer

A photo booth from 6pm - 9 pm (you can take unlimited photos!) Lots of dancing! Snacks are a must Visiting, catching up, or getting to know other guests Activities for the kids Cornhole outside if the weather permits

Is this venue wheelchair and stroller accessible?

Answer

Yes! There are no stairs and everything is on one flat level.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes! A final count will be needed for catering, so just message the bride or groom so that we can add your plus one!
