Answer

Please RSVP no later than Monday, August 11, 2025 for the Wedding Ceremony/Reception. This same deadline date also applies to reserve a room at the hotel.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be seated no later than 4:45PM. The bride will walk down the ailse promptly at 5 PM. Also the wedding ceremony will take place on the outside Garden Terrace, so you might want a light wrap/sunscreen depending on the weather.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are kindly asking women to either wear a tea length or long dress and men to wear a suit and tie. Since the cocktail hour and some dancing can take place on the outdoor garden terrace, please make sure to bring a wrap if you tend to get cold. We encourage our guests to wear one of our wedding colors: fuchsia, burgundy, Merlot, or soft pink.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You invitation should specify if you can bring a guest. We know everyone wants to help the couple celebrate their special day, but we are limited in the number of guests we can have.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have arranged a special block of rooms at a discounted wedding rate at La Fonda (see the information under the section travel). However, some guests may desire to find other accomodations in the Santa Fe area. Santa Fe has many great hotels at various price points. The downtown area hotels within walking distance of the Historic La Fonda tend to have higher rates, while driving a short distance may fit your budget better.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

La Fonda Hotel has limited parking, but it is open to the general public if space is available. Three public parking lots are within a short walking distance of the hotel: 1. Cathedral Basilica Lot 1 - closest to hotel - 215 Cathedral Place 2. Water Street Municipal Lot - also close to hotel - 100 East Water Street 3. Sandoval Parking Garage - 216 W. San Francisco St - closes at 1 AM

Answer

Question

Answer

Answer

Answer

Some ideas for gifts can be found at our registry (on this site) which you can bring to the wedding or have shipped to our home.
