Parking Structure - 45 South Marengo Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91101. Walk to NOOR via the roof level and cross the walkway to reach the venue. Parking rates are $1.50 for each half hour, with a daily maximum of $12.00. NOOR provides complimentary 90-minute parking validation for all guests.
