Where is the ceremony, and what time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at St. Agnes Church. Address: 233 W Gay St, West Chester, PA 19380 The ceremony will be held inside the church and will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please arrive by 2:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating. There is a parking lot located directly behind the church, accessible from New Street. Street parking is also available in front of the church. St. Agnes Church is wheelchair accessible. If you or someone in your party needs assistance, please let us know so we can help ensure smooth entry and seating.

Where and when is the reception?

Answer

The reception will take place at The Ivy at Ellis Preserve Address: 3749 Bridle Walk, Newtown Square, PA 19073 Cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner and dancing. There will be a few hours between the ceremony and reception. If you're staying at the AC Hotel or Hilton Garden Inn, feel free to relax, freshen up, or enjoy one of the bars or restaurants located at or near the hotels. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive at The Ivy at Ellis Preserve so you don’t miss any part of the celebration.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be black tie optional. Guests are invited to dress in formal evening wear, such as longer dresses or gowns and dark suits or tuxedos. While tuxedos and floor-length gowns are always welcome, a polished suit or an elegant cocktail dress is equally appropriate.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation and RSVP on our website will indicate if a plus one has been reserved for you. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! The after party will take place immediately following the reception, from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Join us as we continue the celebration with late-night snacks, an open bar, and a DJ. Plus, stick around for a special moment at midnight as we celebrate Thomas’ 29th birthday—what better way to keep the party going and make more memories together!

When is the RSVP deadline?

The RSVP deadline is June 2nd. This allows us enough time to finalize seating, meals, and other important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable celebration for all of our guests. Please make sure to RSVP by this date so we can plan accordingly!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking will be available at the venue for all guests. For those staying at either hotel, the venue is within walking distance, making it easy and convenient to get to the celebration. We recommend arriving a little early to ensure a stress-free start to the evening.
