Where do I park?

Answer

There is limited parking directly at the venue so you may need to park further down the road. Shuttling services will be available by the staff at Ramsey Canyon Inn. Please plan accordingly to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. ***DO NOT PARK AT THE RAMSEY CANYON PRESERVE***

How Do I Get There?

Please use the address of the facility, 29 E Ramsey Canyon RD, Hereford, AZ 85615. Please follow signage along the road, as it will narrow. Do not stop at the Ramsey Canyon Cabins; proceed down the road until you find staff to guide you on where to park.

What are we eating?

Answer

We are serving a BBQ Buffet to include smoked brisket, pulled pork, chicken, mac n cheese, pasta salad, beans, and bread rolls. If your diet requires a special accommodation, please let us know right away.

Are you registered anywhere? Gifts?

Answer

We are not going to register with a business. We ask that if you feel inclined, please gift us with funds towards our honeymoon!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we can only have so many guests, your RSVP will indicate who is invited. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

I am traveling from out of town, where can I stay?

Answer

Certain guests will be staying with us on the property, certain RSVPs will indicate if we have held a room for you. But please connect with us if you want additional recommendations for the area. Sierra Vista is the closest major city.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The RSVP will indicate how many guests you can bring, including children. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

What type of attire?

Answer

This is a formal event, please dress accordingly. It does get chilly in the evenings, so please take that into consideration. We will have plenty of space to place jackets in case you don't want to hold onto it the whole time.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes. We will have a bartender serving alcohol, starting during the cocktail hour after the ceremony. We will have mostly liquor and wine. You can also bring in your own alcohol for the bartender to serve, but please avoid glass containers. Drinks will be free until we run out. Please drink responsibly!
