How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The address of our ceremony and reception is The Preserve at Chocorua, 88 Philbrick Neighborhood Road, Tamworth NH 03886. The venue is 2 hours north of Boston.

Question

Will there be provided transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we are providing two buses that will depart promptly at 3:15pm on Saturday from the North Conway Grand Hotel in Conway, NH close to many of the accommodations recommended. The buses will bring guests back to the North Conway Grand only and will leave the venue property by 10:25pm. Guests do not need to be staying at the North Conway Grand to ride the buses.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi formal/cocktail attire. Our ceremony and dancing will be outside so feel free to bring a light coat or sweater if the weather looks cooler. For the ladies, we would recommend wearing block heels, sandals or wedges for the grass and gravel.

What time should I get there before the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that everyone be on property by 4pm Saturday to ensure we can start our ceremony promptly at 4:15pm.

When is the RSVP deadline? How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP by mail by March 1st.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking on the property and we highly recommend car pooling. Please note that the driveway and road leading up to the venue is a well maintained dirt road.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a small variety of beer, wines, and signature cocktails. Tips are welcome for bartenders. During the wedding, only the bartenders can pour drinks due to licensure.
