We ask that all guests arrive to the wedding ceremony space in the main dance floor/ballroom after 4pm and be seated and ready for ceremony to start promptly at 4:30pm
We ask that you wear formal attire such as a cocktail-length or floor length dress or a suit and tie. The venue is completely indoors with one flight of stairs to get from the ceremony to the reception area so there will not be too much walking if anyone is worried in regard to footwear.
While we love the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration
We would like to keep our wedding an intimate event with close friends and family. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the moment, and we want your full presence and attention. We would also like our ceremony photos to be free of phones and cameras in the way. We will be happy to share our photos with a link for all of our guests to view after we receive them.
There is free parking at the Madonna Inn with a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony space.

No, there are many hotels in the surrounding area that you can drive/rideshare to and from the Madonna Inn. However, events involving hotel amenities including the pool and spa are only available to guests of the hotel. If you do decide to book a room at the Madonna Inn, we ask that you mention in the memo or on the phone that you are a guest of Megan and Tamara's Wedding and include code 8288. If you call the hotel, they should have a block of rooms held for our guests.
