FAQs

The Wedding Website of Megan Leavitt and Talon Thomas
Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to venue limitations we can only host those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be clearly stated on your invitation for RSVP. Thank you for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you! 💕

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We truly love your children, but due to venue limitations we are ONLY able to accommodate ADULT GUESTS at our wedding. We hope you can enjoy a well-deserved weekend away and celebrate with us. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you and see everyone looking fabulous! Please plan to wear whimsical semi-formal attire. Ladies: Cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses in flowy fabrics, soft florals, or dreamy tones are perfect. Let your style feel light, romantic, and a little magical. Gentlemen: Dress pants paired with a collared shirt are required. Blazers are encouraged for an elevated look. - No jeans, t-shirts, or overly casual attire. - Opt for comfortable footwear suitable for a grass and gravel environment. If you’re unsure what whimsical semi-formal attire looks like, feel free to look it up — anything dressy and comfortable is perfect!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow in a large outdoor tent. Please keep this in mind when choosing your attire and footwear.

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will unfortunately have to mark your response as “no.” We will miss you, but we must meet our venue’s final count requirements. Thank you for your understanding. RSVP is required

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you! During the reception, drinks will be available for purchase at our cash bar. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to share a night full of laughter, dancing, and unforgettable memories together.

Question

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged celebration. Please turn off and put away all phones and cameras so you can be fully present with us in this special moment. Our professional photographer will be capturing everything, and we promise to share the memories with you afterward. We also ask that you please refrain from posting any photos or videos from our wedding on social media until we have had the chance to share our own first. Thank you so much for respecting our wishes and helping us keep these moments intimate and special.
