In our opinion. :)  Once upon a time, Megan was looking for the perfect roommate but was not sure this task could be achieved. Roommates.com to the rescue! She was looking for someone to share her space, but not necessarily her life. Sydney was looking for a space to save money and to be near a running trail. The location was ideal, but what about the roommate? Would it be a match? Neither got what they expected, but dreams never imagined sometimes do come true!  Ok, so how did this temporary roommate situation turn into a “Forever Roommate” situation? We’re glad you asked! To Megan’s surprise, Sydney was a “socially excellent” person and suggested that before becoming roommates, they take a walk on the Monon trail to get to know each other better! Great idea! One walk led to two walks. Two walks led to coffee. Coffee led to an awkward movie invitation, an awkward movie “date” led to Sydney making Megan share her popcorn, and popcorn sharing led to a Sunday at IKEA searching for the perfect plant stand where the perfect love was found instead. #TheForeverRoommate was officially in the works. The vibe was real! When you know, you know, right? Sydney and Megan got engaged on September 1st and 2nd, 2022. They both wanted to share their own special proposal and magic was achieved. Twice!  Do matches made in heaven exist? Maybe, but loving each other X infinity certainly does. We are incredibly grateful that the stars aligned at the perfect moment to bring us together. What an incredible gift to find someone who loves you as fiercely as you love them. Someone who accepts your flaws and loves you despite them, delights in the same joys, has the same values, and believes in love and kindness above all. We cannot wait to celebrate our love and commitment to each other with our family and friends! We are so excited for 9/22/23 and hope that you can join us!
