What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4, so try to be seated and ready to go by 3:50ish. The shuttles will end their services around 3:45 PM, so if you want to take advantage of the pre-ceremony shuttle service be ready to go before then.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue and the owners do NOT mind if you leave your car overnight.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Steven and I have hired a shuttle to go between [three locations] and the venue which will begin picking guests up between 1:45 and 3:45 before the ceremony and then begin shuttling guests back to [THE LOCATIONS] between 9 PM and Midnight.
