Ceremony starts at 4PM, please arrive to ceremony site by 3:45PM to be seated. Plan for a delightful 5–10 minute stroll from the parking area to the ceremony site. We invite you to arrive a bit early and wander through the venue’s enchanting gardens—think of it as a prelude to the magic ahead. Maps will be provided to guide you!

As much as we love your tiny humans and favorite plus-ones, we're keeping things small and sweet—just the named guests, please! For guests traveling from out of town, we're happy to provide local childcare recommendations—please don't hesitate to reach out.

We’ll be gathering outdoors from 4:00 to 10:30 PM in a setting surrounded by blooms, greenery, and the golden glow of a Pacific Northwest summer. Expect comfortably warm temperatures in the mid-70s to low 80s during the afternoon, gently cooling into the 60s as evening settles in. We recommend elegant, breathable attire and a light layer for after sunset, when the garden will take on a more serene, starlit charm.
