I have time for drinks, where would you recommend?

Answer

As Above, so Below for great seasonal cocktails and distilled spirits. We are members at Vara, the winery with a tasting room in Santa Fe. Gruet is also on the plaza. We had a surprising amount of fun at Herve Winebar. For beer: Knukolls, Santa Fe Brewing, Second Street, and Paxton's Taphouse by Vara! Please note that Santa Fe is at 7k feet, so the alcohol will hit harder.

Dress to Impress! This does not mean buy something extravagent. We would like guests to wear that thing in the back of their closet that they've been waiting on an excuse to wear- or one they've been eyeing and waiting on an excuse to purchase. The goal is to have fun!
