When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Cut off for RSVP's are Saturday, March 18th.

Will dinner be a buffet or plated.

What happens if the hotel runs out of rooms in your block?

Answer

The Lancaster Arts Hotel may have additional rooms available for you to book outside of our block. However, it is a smaller historic hotel, so we suggest making your reservation sooner rather than later. If they run out of rooms completely, there are other hotels close by that you can stay at. You can also look into Airbnb's in the area.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle leaving from the hotel at 3 and 3:30. Don't worry! The ceremony will not start until the last shuttle has arrived! The shuttle will begin making rounds back to the hotel at 8:30.

Can I Uber to the venue?

Answer

NO!!! You may be able to Uber there, however, Uber WILL NOT pick up from Drumore after dark. If you are staying somewhere other than at The Lancaster Arts Hotel and do not want to drive to the venue, we suggest you drive/get dropped off at the hotel and take a shuttle.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We already have a back-up plan in place- there is an indoor room where our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in the event of rain. (But fingers and toes crossed for a beautiful spring day!!!)
