Is there a dress code?

Yes, we are requesting black tie please.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have trolleys running from the Westin to the ceremony and back. These will start at 4:15 pm. Parking is limited downtown, so we encourage the use of the provided transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is limited in downtown Savannah. Please consider arriving early to find parking near the church or use the trolleys that will be running from the Westin to the ceremony and back after. The Westin has plenty of parking.

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you not have your phones out during the entire ceremony. This interferes with our professional photography. Please also remember to place your phone on silent or have them powered off. Thank you.

What time is the cocktail hour and where?

Answer

The cocktail hour will begin at 6 pm outside on the lawn at the Westin. The guestbook will be available at that time and at the reception. The seating chart will be at both the cocktail hour and in the pre-function area of the reception in the upstairs ballroom. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
