When Should you RSVP?
Answer
We have extended the RSVP date to August 1st! We ask that you submit your RSVP in a timely matter, this impacts the amount of food we will be providing for guests. Please list the number of guests who will be attending with you to accommodate for food and seating. Feel free to add your address info to the link below for thank you cards. If you are having difficulty with the RSVP process, please feel free to text questions to 701-934-2514 or 701-426-8414. Venue Address/Parking?
Answer
Address of The Pines: 4487 165th Ave SE, Davenport, ND 58021 There are 2 venues located here, we will be hosting the celebrations in Pines White which will be the white barn. When you get there, there will be a dirt parking lot that is the designated space for our guests to park. There will also be handicap accessable parking available. Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held at Pines White.

Food/Drinks?
Answer
The vendor that provides for all of The Pines events is Chef's Table. From their menu, the Bride and Groom have selected a few different options of sliders and street tacos as well as sides for the dinner which all includes vegetarian options as well. The Bride and Groom will also be providing late night pizza. The cake will be provided by Kay Jastram, the Bride and Groom have chosen a variety of cupcake flavors as well as some peanut free and gluten free options Drinks will be provided from The Pines Bar. No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. There will be a water station provided by The Pines.

Where should you stay?
Answer
The Bride and Groom currently have some rooms blocked out at the COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT in Fargo. It is recommended to reserve a room ASAP due to the limited amount of rooms available. Check out the hotel tab for more information. We are currently working on a shuttle service to provide rides for guests from the hotel to the venue and back.
