We’re getting married!

August 31st is a very special day for us. We met on this day, went on our first date on this day, got engaged on this day and now we are getting married on this day! I was skeptical to be set up on a blind date but it was by his mom, my momma Charlene whom I trust with my life and have known for a LONG time prior to meeting her son. Sean took me to Peak’s Island for our first date and I knew right away it would be special. Our “day date” ended up turning into an 18 hour date, hopping from the island, back home to shower and change, back out for dinner and some dancing, and then back home where we sat in our comfies and he stayed with me until I fell asleep. Fast forward to today, through 3 apartments together, getting me through hair school, getting our first dog, and now in our very first home together, we are getting ready to say I do! And if you didn’t already know, he proposed at Peak’s Island! Needless to say, Peak’s will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
