Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome :) We'd love to have them celebrate with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a big parking lot right in front of the ceremony and reception spot. There shouldn't be any problems with parking!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please write any special requests on your invitation response.

When should I RSVP by? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1, 2022. You can send back the RVSP card found in your invitation or respond on this website under the "RSVP" section. Please list the number of people attending and if you have any dietary restrictions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:45 pm. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. You won't have to worry about the sun beating down on you!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight outside the ceremony space where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Enter 850 Palomar Airport Road, Carlsbad, CA 92011 into your GPS. Once you arrive, head towards the back of the parking lot (towards the beach) and the entrance to the venue will be around the corner of the building by the windmill!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Check out our "Accommodations" page for more info. The hotel block is with the Carlsbad by the Sea hotel which is connected to our venue. It is a short walk to your room after our reception ends at 11:00 pm!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #AdventuresOfSM so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
