Question
When should I RSVP by? What happens if I miss the deadline?
Answer
Our RSVP deadline is set for January 25, 2025. We must give the venue and our vendors our final headcount in a timely manner. If we have not received your rsvp by this date you will be marked down as a “NO” response. We will miss you at our wedding but we do hope that we can celebrate together soon!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that guests arrive by 3:50pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Guests can start to arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space at the venue, we will only be able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. Please note the number of seats allotted for you on the RSVP card. If your invitation does not state "guest", then unfortunately you do not have a plus one.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have reserved a room block at the Arlington Hotel in Paris, but it is a small boutique hotel with limited number of rooms. The hotel block will be on a first come first serve basis. We have include two other option closely located to the venue - only a 10 minute drive to Brantford that are great alternatives. Please see the “Travel” tab for more information.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Parking at the venue is very limited. For this reason, we suggest carpooling or taking a ride-share or taxi to the wedding. If parking is full, there are municipal parking lots that are close by and a short walk to the venue itself. Please see the “Travel” tab for more information.
Question
I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know of any food allergies when you RSVP and pick your meal option. There is a space in the RSVP that will allow for you to tell us this, and we can let the venue know of your restrictions!
