Things To Do

Our venue is nestled in the rolling hills of northern NJ (yes that exists!), with a portion of the Appalachian Trail running through town just a few miles away. Warwick, NY is also just 15 minutes up the road to the north. We hope you'll be able to enjoy the natural beauty of the area while you're in town! This page shares a few of our favorite spots as well as other recommendations.

Bellvale Farms Creamery

1390 New York 17A, Warwick, NY 10990

Of course we had to start with an ice cream rec! A very cute spot with a beautiful panoramic view of the Warwick valley. Be prepared to wait in line on a nice day!

Stairway To Heaven

443 Vernon Warwick Road, Vernon Township, NJ 07462

One of our favorite hikes in the area - an out and back with some good elevation gain and a rewarding view at the top! This hike can be crowded at peak times, but well worth it!

Pennings Farm Market

161 New York 94, Warwick, NY 10990

A classic Warwick spot... stop by to check out the market, sip on some cider, or relax in the grounds!

Warwick Drive-In Theater

5 Warwick Turnpike, Warwick, NY 10990

A fun drive-through experience right up the road from Pennings! We recommend taking out food from a restaurant in Warwick and arriving early for a good spot!

Drowned Lands Brewery

251 State School Road, Warwick, NY 10990

Our most visited brewery in Warwick, with a huge yard and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Great place to hang out for a few hours!

Golfing

Crystal Springs Resort offers numerous different golf courses, including one of the top public courses in NJ (Ballyowen)! Great Gorge Golf Club is also nearby.

Exploring the hotel and resort!

If you're staying at the resort, there's lots to do right at Minerals Hotel or Grand Cascades Lodge, including checking out the indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, spas, arcade, rock-climbing walls, and a handful of outdoor activities like archery and axe throwing (most of which are included with your hotel stay!)

And lots more!

Besides some of our favorite spots that we've listed above, there are lots of other restaurants, breweries, and activities in the area! Some ideas below: Food: check out Blue Spice Kitchen, Acquaviva, Opa Greek Grill, Chateau Hathorn, Fetch Bar & Grill, or Eddie's Roadhouse. Drinks: stop by Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery, Pine Island Tap House, West Town Brew Works, or Alias Brew Works. Hiking and outdoors: rent a kayak/paddleboard at Wawayanda Lake (through Flatwater Paddle Co), head to TreEscape Aerial Adventure Park for ziplining and ropes courses, or check out Wawayanda State Park for more trail options.
