Yes please! It's the fastest and easiest way for us to keep track of those who will be attending and communicate those numbers to our vendors to ensure a seamless event for everyone. RSVP's must be submitted no later than August 21st, 2023 (but the earlier, the better!). If you're having trouble completing the online RSVP, please reach out or ask a young person for assistance. If you fail to RSVP by the stated deadline, expect to bring a chair and a sandwich.
Unfortunately, due to spacial and budgetary restrictions, we're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Please reach out if you have any questions.
While we love little ones, this is an adult event. We strongly encourage that you find alternative plans for your children even if we have them listed on the invitation. We want parents to have the night off! That being said, we understand many of our guests are traveling and may have difficulty finding childcare. If you do choose to bring your children, please understand that it is required by the venue that children under 12 be under parental supervision at all times.
No. Due to venue restrictions smoking and/or vaping (or tobacco products) are not allowed on the premises. Our venue has a NO FIRE/FLAME policy.
Sunday Best - Dressy Casual - Country Chic Men - Nice jeans with a button down or polo with boots or dress shoes. Light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets or ties optional. Women - Sundress with sandals or heels. Lightweight separates with flats or wedges. etc. We want you to dress up and have fun! Please refrain from wearing white or ivory.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be at Rustic Rose Barn in Guthrie, OK!
Free parking is available at the venue. Please note, the car cannot be left overnight, so plan accordingly for a safe ride home.
Yes, we encourage it! Feel free to share photos on social media using the hashtag #FinallyTheWilliams. However please be mindful that there will be two professional photographers around, and we ask that guest stay out of their way while they do their jobs (we've given our photographers permission to punt those that fail to oblige).
Yes! There will be beer, wine, and signature drinks featuring Crown, Titos, & Jack Daniels available for guests to purchase drinks at the reception. The venue accepts cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal payments. Your first two drinks are on us. In order to play by the rules of the venue, guests will not be allowed to bring their own alcohol to the event or remove drinks from the premises.
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be in the barn.
We suggest arriving 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to be sure everyone is seated in time for the ceremony. We want to make sure all our loved ones are present to witness our lifelong commitment. So please be punctual.
YES! We have booked an awesome DJ! So please send us all the song requests. We'd love to include them.
