Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 8th, 2025. All RSVP's received after this date will be marked as declined; we will be sending the final headcount to our venue after this deadline.

Where is the venue located?

Answer

T W I N O A K S 236 Deer Springs Rd, San Marcos, CA 92069 Please allow yourself ample time for travel, as there may be traffic delays. We highly recommend carpooling and, if possible, registering for FasTrak to help streamline your commute.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress to impress! For outfit inspiration, check out the ‘Gallery’ tab! We kindly ask our guests to join us in formal or cocktail ALL Black attire. Women: Midi or floor-length dresses, skirts, or jumpsuits paired with heels, flats, or dressy sandals Men: Suits, sports jackets, or a dress shirt with black slacks, paired with formal dress shoes. (No bow ties, jeans, or sneakers, please!)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Doors will open at 4:00 PM. Please note that once the ceremony has started, no entry will be permitted until cocktail hour has begun.

Can I bring a Plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those formally invited as listed on the invitations. If you receive a plus one it will appear when you RSVP with the corresponding name. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends!

Are children welcomed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion. We encourage you to use this as a fun date night!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be signature Bride & Groom cocktails, and beer during cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please use Uber or Lyft if you will not be carpooling. **ID’s will be required**

Will there be onsite parking?

Answer

Yes! There is ample onsite parking available for all our guests. You're welcome to leave your car in the parking lot overnight. Please note that the gate will be locked during the night, and vehicle pick-up will be available the following morning between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be indoor/ outdoors.
