Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes, weather permitting. If it rains the ceremony will be indoors at The Roundhouse. Let’s cross our fingers for no rain - and not too much humidity!

Do you have hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have blocks at four hotels, including the one on-site at The Roundhouse. The other three hotels are in Fishkill — a 10 to 15 minute drive from the venue. Please note that the first room block deadline is May 28. Take a look at the Travel page for more information.

Will there be a shuttle service to and from the event?

Answer

Yes, we have hired a shuttle service to pick guests up before the ceremony and after the reception and after party. Below are the final shuttle times: 56 passenger & 23 passenger coach: Pick-up at 4:15PM from all Fishkill hotels (Hilton, SpringHill, Courtyard). 56 passenger coach: Departing the reception at 11:15PM & returning to all Fishkill hotels Departing the after party at 12:45AM & returning to all Fishkill hotels 23 passenger coach: Departing at 10:30PM, 11:15PM, and 12:00AM & returning to all Fishkill hotels

Yes, there will be valet parking service at the venue.
