Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
The venue is considered a Hilton so you may also use Hilton rewards if you participate in that program. The discount code for booking at The Reach is "M6". We are renting a condo from a realtor in Key West. If you would like that information, please let us know.

What is the weather like in October?
Answer
Nearly everyday in October is over 80 degrees. It's still perfect "summer" weather.

Can I bring a date or my kid(s)?
Answer
Invites were addressed specifically to the people who are invited. We want to keep the wedding intimate to enjoy time with our family and close friends.
Question
What time should I arrive to the venue on the day of the Wedding?
Answer
Guests should arrive to the venue no later than 5:15 PM. Guests will gather at the bar area in the hotel and our wedding planner will move you to the ceremony location at 5:15 PM.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is Key West Formal but encouraging light attire due to weather. The Ceremony is outdoor on the Gazebo and the reception is indoor/outdoor.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know of any allergies as soon as possible.

Will Transportation to the Venue be provided?
Answer
No. We recommend guests walk, bring a golf cart, check with your hotel for a shuttle service or Uber/Lyft to the venue.
